I saw this movie yesterday, and what a great movie. A little quirky, but very very funy. David Hewlett, most known for his role on Stargate Atlantis, is just hillarious in this movie. Highly recomend it. And if you like it, remember to check out Stargate Atlantis on Friday nights on the Scifi Channel.

The U.S. Wins Group B with a 1 - 0 win over Nigeria this morning.
SHANGHAI (Sept. 18, 2007) - A first minute goal by Lori Chalupny was all the United States needed to secure a 1-0 victory over Nigeria. With Sweden's 2-1 victory over North Korea, the U.S. wins Group B and advances to the Quarterfinals to play England on Saturday, September 22 at 8 a.m. ET on ESPN2.
This was a tough fought game in extremly rainy conditions. However the U.S. Woman have still yet to play a game to their full potential. If the U.S. wants to beat England they are going to need to really improve their striking, and hope for the continued great play of Hope Solo in the net.

The U.S. Woman's soccer team beat Sweeden 2 - 0 in their second game in the world cup. The girls started out slow, with Sweeden having 5 corner kicks in the first 10 mins. Team U.S. held stead fast, and after a goal on a penelaty kick, the game took a 180 and the U.S. never looked back.
This win gives the U.S. a tie for first place with North Korea in their group. The U.S. tied North Korea 2 - 2 in their first game and play Nigeria on the 18th for the third and final game of group play.

The Vikings have won their season Opener. Which is always good. Here is also a video of the Adrian Peterson Touchdown.
The game was a big defensive game with the first offenseive points comming late in the third quarter. The Vikings sacked Falcons quarterback Joey Harrington 6 times and intercepted him twice, both of which were run back for touchdowns.
Adrian Peterson opened the game up for the vikings with his 60 yard TD run on 3rd down. Congrats to Peterson.
Great win for the vikes and will see Detroit next week. Watch out Kitna! |
